Daisen's underground aquifer — the same water source that made Kurayoshi wealthy during the Edo period. Purchase bottles directly at brewery prices (¥1,500–4,000). **Café recommendation:** Akagawara Coffee (赤瓦珈琲) occupies a 200-year-old warehouse with exposed wooden beams and traditional tatami seating.
